Your Menopause Crystal Set
Welcome to your step by step guide into utilising your menopause crystals in the best way possible.
Firstly, I created and specifically chose these particular crystals to support, balance and help heal any blockages that may be causing the physical and emotional symptoms of menopause . As a Crystal Healing Practitioner I would use particular crystals that would be associated with each chakra, I came to realise that I’d often be drawn to certain crystals that targeted the physical and emotional attributes of the menopause. I continue to offer healing treatments as remote sessions, these sets are perfect as stand alone tools as well as boosters after sessions. I also spend time with the crystals, infusing them with Reiki before packaging them up for customers.
Before I delve into this particular set, there is no right or wrong way to use them. By this I mean one day you might look at the set and one will shine brighter than the others or you get a feeling that you are drawn to one in particular. The next day it could be the same one or a different one, or you might want to carry three or maybe all five! What I am trying to reassure you is however you carry or hold your crystals and how many you want to use at anytime is completely individual and totally right for you.
Now let me introduce you….
Citrine is the yellow crystal. A real feel good crystal, this little powerhouse will raise self esteem and boost self confidence whilst helping you to control anger or emotional instability. A true ray of sunshine, Citrine can help to ease anxiety, fear and low mood. A great energiser and booster of those feel good hormones.
Sodalite the blue and white crystal. Sodalite is a calming crystal that stimulates the release of rigid mindsets, allowing new ones to form. Sodalite can help with insomnia and negative thought patterns. It can also help connect with the throat chakra, helping you to find the words to vocalise what you need to express and communicate your feelings.
Moonstone is the brown, milky, peachy crystal. Moonstone helps to release energy blockages throughout the body, bringing calm and a sense of control to help create a beautiful peace of mind.
Carnelian is the orange crystal. Carnelian ignites your inner power to help create a positive outlook and zest for life. A bright burst of energy to boost self esteem, compassion and courage. Connect to the frequency and vibrations of Carnelian to feel it’s warm energies wrap around you like a warm embrace.
Rock Quartz is the clear crystal. This crystal is associated to work with all chakras, dissolving blockages and healing as it goes. It also has the ability to amplify too, so all the information you’ve read further up, this beauty can elevate those properties further!
