These are the very first Moon Blessings designed with children and the older generation in mind. I feel that taking care of ourselves and our sense of well-being should always be inclusive, so whilst this idea first came about after years of working within education, I am also aware that these sets could be used for those living in rented accommodation with strict fire regulations and also those staying in hotels that restrict the use of flames. The lack of naked flames and smoke may also attract those experiencing asthma, COPD etc. People with memory issues are able to continue rituals without the danger of forgetting to extinguish candles or smouldering smudge sticks.
Each set contains a little set of instructions that are easy to follow and allows independence and ownership of the ritual to the recipient.
Included is a spray that contains all the elements to cleanse and protect the person and space they are working in. A battery tealight represents the fire element but without the danger of flames, the white light also connects to the energies of the Full Moon. Sitting in quiet whilst holding the moonstone crystal will further deepen the connection to the moon and help to listen to your inner being.(Moonstone is a crystal that harnesses the moon energies regardless of her phase). Disolving paper and the vegetable ink pen are the perfect tools to write
