A blinking nightmare to photograph its true appearance! Hematite is a metallic almost mirror like shiny grey that possesses magnetic attraction to other hematite crystals.

Associated to the base chakra, this is one of the most grounding crystals. Deflecting negativity to make way for courage and strength, it helps to you to make decisions and choices in order to move forward with confidence.

It helps to dissolve negativity and prevents any lower energies from entering your aura, restoring peace and balance within.

Physically, Hematite helps with the absorption of iron within the blood so it can be beneficial for those with anaemia. It also helps to alleviate cramps, anxiety and insomnia. A true little powerhouse.

Crystals vary in colour, shape, size and weight due to being a natural product. Each weigh between 7g - 12g
